iOS Subscriptions & Billing

Manage or Cancel Subscription

  • • On your iPhone: Open Settings → Tap your name → Subscriptions → Select Gobinx.

Restore Purchases

If you reinstalled the app or changed devices, use “Restore Purchases” inside the app to reactivate your subscription or purchases.

Refunds

Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Quick Steps

  • • Check you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID.
  • • Ensure a stable internet connection (Wi‑Fi recommended).
  • • Update Gobinx to the latest version from the App Store.
  • • Restart the app and/or your device.

Permissions

  • • Notifications: iOS Settings → Gobinx → Notifications.
  • • Photos/Camera: iOS Settings → Gobinx → Photos/Camera.
  • • Location (if used): iOS Settings → Gobinx → Location.
