These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gobinx shopping platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a purchase, or using any part of our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Mobile App Store Terms Addendum

If you access Gobinx via our iOS or Android apps, the following additional terms apply. These terms supplement and, where applicable, prevail over any conflicting terms above solely with respect to use of the mobile apps.

Apple App Store (iOS)

• You acknowledge these Terms incorporate Apple’s Standard EULA for Licensed Applications. See Apple’s EULA: apple.com/legal/.../stdeula.
• Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Support: We, not Apple, are responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App.
• Warranty: To the extent any warranty exists, we—not Apple—are responsible. Apple has no obligation to furnish any warranty or support services.
• Claims: You agree that Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession or use of the App, including product liability, legal/regulatory compliance, or intellectual property claims.
• Third‑Party Beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries are third‑party beneficiaries of this Addendum and may enforce it against you.

Google Play (Android)

• Your use of the Android app must comply with Google Play’s Terms of Service and policies.
• Google is not responsible for the App, its content, or any support/warranty obligations.
• Refunds for purchases made via Google Play are handled per Google Play policies and applicable law.

Device Permissions

Depending on features you use, the App may request optional permissions (e.g., notifications, camera, photos, location). Permissions can be changed at any time in your device settings. See our Privacy Policy for purposes and data handling details.

Account Registration and Security

Account Requirements

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person - multiple accounts are prohibited
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are liable for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or our policies
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Provide false or misleading information
• Abuse our platform or other users

Shopping and Orders

• Colors may vary due to display settings
• Availability is subject to change

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
• We reserve the right to cancel orders
• Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not entered the fulfillment process. Contact customer service immediately for assistance.

Billing Disputes

If you notice any unauthorized charges or billing errors, contact us within 60 days of the transaction date. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Subscriptions & In‑App Purchases

Auto‑Renewing Subscriptions (if offered)

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

Refunds

For purchases made via Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are issued according to the respective store’s policies and applicable law. For purchases made directly with us, contact support for assistance.

Delivery Terms

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
• Signature may be required for high-value items
• We are not liable for delivery delays

Are owned by Gobinx or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our platform, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content in connection with our services.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Disclaimer

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gobinx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product.

Third‑Party Services

Our services may integrate third‑party services such as analytics, crash reporting, payment processing, and authentication. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We use reasonable care in selecting providers and limiting data shared to what is necessary to operate the service. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution:We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication first.

Arbitration:Unresolved disputes will be settled through binding arbitration.

Class Action Waiver:You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Export & Sanctions Compliance

You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or territory subject to U.S. embargoes or sanctions and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through email or prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
